FEB UNUD STUDENT REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL ORGANIZES DEAN'S CONFERENCE 2023

Student aspirations are one of the important things expected by the campus to help achieve common goals. In order to realize this goal, the Student Representative Council as a facilitator between students and the dean again held a Meet the Dean activity on Saturday, July 1, 2023 in a hybrid manner which took place in the BH Building Hall, FEB Unud Denpasar Campus and was broadcast online via Cisco Webex Meetings.




This year, the Jumpa Dekanat activity raised the theme "Oranje Resonance with Collaborative Aspirations for the Realization of a Faculty of Economics and Business with Integrity, Synergy, and Progression through Jumpa Dekanat 2023". The implementation of Jumpa Dekanat 2023 is expected to accommodate and answer all aspirations given from all directions communicatively so as to improve good relationship patterns, innovative suggestions, and optimal performance and results that can advance the future of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University in a better direction.




This activity was attended by the Dean's staff consisting of the Dean, Deputy Dean for General and Financial Affairs, Deputy Dean for Student Affairs and Information, Coordinator of Undergraduate and Diploma III Study Programs, Unit Coordinator, Administration Section, All Student Institution Trustees, and All Heads of Student Institutions in FEB Unud. As for the participants of offline activities as many as 56 participants consisting of FEB Unud students, Force Coordinators, and Representatives of each Student Institution in the FEB Unud Environment and online participants as many as 147 students.




On this occasion, each student can ask questions, responses, and complaints about all elements of the campus so that they can be responded directly by the ranks of the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University.




The Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University, Mr. Agoes Ganesha Rahyuda, S.E., M.T., Ph.D. through his speech, welcomed all inputs related to the pattern of the student learning process in campus life, namely from new students to carrying out graduation. This is in order to become an evaluation material for things that are still lacking by students during their lectures, especially related to the system both in the academic field, student affairs, and student processes that can be improved by the faculty so that it can be more meaningful, provide comfort, and smooth the student process itself at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University.




At the core of this activity, an Overview of the 2023 Dean's Meeting Questionnaire Results was discussed, which also featured a Comparison of the Indicator Value Trends of the 2021 to 2023 Dean's Meeting Questionnaire. This is to see the development of the value of each indicator. During the discussion session, various aspirations and agreements were generated through this Jumpa Dekanat activity, namely related to the Global Engagement Program (GEP), the MBKM program mechanism and the management of MBKM files, BAP Digital, classroom and hall facilities, assignment letters and supervisors, journal publications, faculty websites, student achievements, and the competence of lecturers.

The results of the overall discussion in this activity will be further informed through the press release Jumpa Dekanat 2023. Continuing the discussion, the Dean of FEB Unud also delivered a socialization about complaints and complaints services at FEB Unud. Currently, FEB Unud has several complaint channels, namely LAPAK, WEB and Social Media. The entire academic community is urged not to hesitate to report or complain about service complaints or suspicions of irregularities in the FEB Unud environment.




At the end of the activity, the ratification of the 2023 Dean's Meeting Results was signed by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University, the Chair of the Student Representative Council, and the Chair of the 2023 Dean's Meeting Organizing Committee which also closed the 2023 Dean's Meeting event.
