Udayana University held a Socialization of the Independent Learning Management Information System for the Independent Campus (SIM MBKM) in 2022 at the Nusantara Room, Agrocomplex Building, Sudirman Campus, Denpasar, Tuesday (1/3/2022). The socialization was opened by the Vice Rector for Student Affairs and attended by the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Study Program Coordinators, MBKM Coordinator, Head of USDI, UPIKS, SIMAK Operators PD Dikti and followed online by Faculty SIMAK Operators in Udayana University.
Vice Rector for Academic Affairs Udayana University Prof. I Gede Rai Maya Temaja in her speech said that university leaders always try to facilitate MBKM both in terms of policies and others. We have carried out the performance of MBKM but many have not been reported. So far, the portraits by the Ministry have been taken from PD Dikti, therefore, in order for performance to be recorded at PD Dikti, an integrated system has been created by the USDI Team. The MBKM team has also made SOPs on how students register and Study Programs validate and recognize them. Through this socialization, it is also expected to get input if there are things that need to be added to this system. All of our performance is monitored through data recorded in PD Dikti, and what are the performance indicators from the Ministry are also taken from there. The study programs are expected to be able to support through inputting the existing data in each study program. In the future, a system will also be developed to support KPI 7. The MBKM team has prepared a POB which has been translated into the system by the USDI Team to be observed and understood together. Besides that, there is also a Rector's Regulation regarding curriculum reorientation which is very much needed to prepare lectures that can convert MBKM programs.
While the Vice Rector for Student Affairs, Prof. Ngakan Putu Gede Suardana in his opening remarks conveyed that this socialization was important because MBKM was related to University KPIs, besides that it also involved SIMKATMAWA. KPI also affects the amount of BOPTN obtained by universities, for that we must concentrate on this MBKM program. From the results of the February report, there are still some that have not been recognized, so they are not recorded in the performance. For this semester, there have been two MBKM program schemes from the Ministry, where student enthusiasm has increased, for that the Study Program must oversee this and recognize the SKS. Curriculum reorientation will be carried out this year through LP3M, so that next semester the new curriculum can be implemented. Study Program support is needed in the SKS conversion process, so that our MBKM can be recognized. Through this activity, the system that supports this will be explained. The study program is also expected to encourage students to take part in the existing MBKM program from the Ministry. We must work together to support the achievements of the IKU and SIMKATMAWA Leagues.
The material presented in the socialization was the SOP for the Implementation of MBKM Activities at Udayana University by Dr. Ir. I Ketut Sardiana as Coordinator of MBKM Udayana University and MBKM Management Information System by I Made Arsa Suyadnya, ST., M.Eng from USDI and as moderator Dr. Sagung Chandra Yowani, S.Si, Apt., M.Sc.
The university is obliged to facilitate students to take part in the MBKM and Udayana University is committed to doing this. In this socialization, the MBKM SOP and SIM were conveyed so that the achievements that have been achieved by students can be recorded in SIMAK and PD Dikti.
