TECHNICAL GUIDANCE FOR PREPARATION OF TARGETS AND REALIZATION OF SKP FACULTY OF ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS UDAYANA UNIVERSITY

The Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University carried out Technical Guidance Activities for Filling Targets and Realization of Performance Targets for Educators and Education Personnel on Friday, 24 February 2023 which was held offline in the Hall of the BH Building Floor IV, Campus of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Denpasar



The Bimtek activity was opened directly by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) of Udayana University (Unud). Presenting resource persons from the Ministry of Education and Culture's Human Resources Bureau, namely Mr. Hanjar Basuki, S.Kom., M.M. In his opening remarks, the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University, Mr. Agoes Ganesha Rahyuda, S.E.,M.T.,Ph.D. conveyed that in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PermenpanRB) of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2022 concerning Management of the Performance of State Civil Servants, that all PNS, both Educators (Lecturers) or Education Personnel, are required to document all activities carried out in the form of preparation of Targets Employee Performance (SKP) as a design for the implementation of job duties. This SKP is made in accordance with the details of the duties, responsibilities and authorities that have generally been stipulated in the structure and work procedures of the organization. The Dean of FEB Unud in his remarks also thanked the resource person who was willing to attend in person to provide technical guidance on how to fill in the SKP target and realization.




Furthermore, the Bimtek Resource Person, Mr. Hanjar Basuki, S.Kom., MM explained that in accordance with Government Regulation Number 46/2011 concerning Appraisal of Civil Servants Work Performance and Perka BKN Number 1/2013 concerning Provisions for Implementation of Government Regulation Number 46/2011 concerning Assessment of Civil Servants Work Performance, then civil servants are required to prepare Employee Work Targets (SKP) as the basis for evaluating employee performance. The goal is to guarantee the objectivity of PNS development which is carried out based on a work performance system, while Employee Performance Targets (SKP) are performance plans and targets that must be achieved by employees within the assessment period that are real and measurable and agreed upon by employees and their superiors in accordance with the targets. organization. Filling in the SKP is carried out once a year starting with performance planning which contains setting and clarifying expectations in performance planning, followed by providing feedback on implementation, monitoring and coaching performance, followed by evaluating employee performance and ending with follow-up in the form of giving awards or sanctions according to with the results of performance evaluation.




The Technical Guidance activity which was attended by Educators and Educational Staff of FEB Unud was closed by Deputy Dean II of FEB Unud Mr. Dr. I Gusti Ngurah Agung Suaryana, S.E., M.Si. In his closing remarks WD II hoped that the material presented by the resource persons could be understood and could be practiced directly by the Lecturers and Tendik in the FEB Unud environment.
