Unud Conducts Socialization of Civil Servant Performance Assessment in Udayana University Environment

The General Bureau of Udayana University through the Human Resources Section of Udayana University held a Socialization of Civil Servant Performance Assessment for Certain Functional Positions at Udayana University in 2021, Tuesday (04/05/2021) online through the Cisco Webex application.




This socialization was held for two days 4 and 5 May 2021. For the first day of the implementation of this outreach, 2 speakers were presented, namely Drs. Zaenal Arifin as Associate Expert Personnel Analyst at the Ministry of Education and Culture's HR Bureau with material on "Promoting Functional Positions with additional duties as Coordinator and Sub Coordinator", and the second resource person Aba Subagja, S.Sos., MAP from the Assistant Deputy for Career Management and HR Apparatus Talent Deputy for Human Resources KEMENPAN-RB apparatus with the material "Application of Permenpan RB Number 28 of 2019 in the performance appraisal of equalized officials".


Meanwhile, on the second day, which will be held on May 5, 2021, there will be 1 guest speaker offline, Drs. Paulus Dwi Laksono Harjono, MAP from the Head of Regional Office X BKN Denpasar with the presentation of the material "Performance Assessment of Civil Servants".




Rector of Unud Prof. A.A Raka Sudewi in his speech conveyed that the Civil Servant Performance Management System is a systematic process consisting of performance planning, implementation, monitoring and performance coaching, performance appraisal, follow-up, and performance information systems.




PNS Performance Appraisal is carried out based on objective, measurable, accountable, participatory and transparent principles. To follow up on the issuance of Government Regulation Number 30 of 2019 concerning Performance Assessment of Civil Servants and Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform Number 8 of 2021 concerning Civil Servant Performance Management System taking effect on July 1, 2021, as well as in an effort to support bureaucratic reform policies concerning Equalization of Administrative Positions into Functional Positions as stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia No. and Sub Coordinator.


On this occasion the Rector of Udayana University also expressed his gratitude to the speakers who took the time to provide knowledge about the Performance Management of Civil Servants which will be implemented at Udayana University. The Chancellor hopes that the activity which lasts for two days will benefit all of us, especially in maintaining the quality of human resources in the Udayana University environment in the future.
