Focus Group Discussion (FGD) Completing the Curriculum for the Doctoral Study Program in Management Science, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University
The Doctoral Study Program in Management Science, Faculty of Economics and Business, Udayana University (PSDIM FEB Unud) held an online Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on Curriculum Improvement online on Thursday, 28 April 2022. This event was opened directly by the Dean of FEB Unud Agoes Ganesha Rahyuda, S.E., M.T., Ph.D.
The implementation of the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on the Completion of the Curriculum presented 2 resource persons, namely Prof. Christantius Dwiatmadja, SE., ME., PhD where he is on the Executive Board of Lamemba and Prof. Yudi Azis, S.Si., S.E., S.Sos., M.T., Ph.D, who is the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Padjadjaran University. The FGD was moderated by Prof. Dr. Ni Wayan Sri Suprapti, S.E., M.Sc. as a Professor, Reviewer of Higher Education and at the same time a lecturer at FEB Unud.
This Focus Group Discussion (FGD) was attended by approximately 40 participants who came from several elements, namely from users, alumni, active students, Professors of FEB Udayana and PSDIM lecturers. The user element consists of the Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Warmadewa University, the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Mahasaraswati University, the Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Ganesha University of Education and the Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Hindu Indonesia University. The alumni element consists of 4 (four) alumni, 3 people from active student elements and 30 people from professors and lecturers of PSDIM FEB Unud.
The FGDs that have been carried out can provide input for the development and adjustment of the PSDIM curriculum. PSDIM requires curriculum refinement that adapts to stakeholder demands. The curriculum is required to be able to create a new atmosphere by following the development needs and technological developments. PSDIM must be able to produce graduate profiles with unique study programs that are able to compete. The uniqueness offered by the study program can be an advantage to compete.
